Michael McGregor

Michael McGregor is an entrepreneur with a US and European background in operations and corporate development. Recently, Michael was in the midst of the outdoor adventure industry as co-owner and COO of Cloudveil Mountain Works, an outdoor clothing design and manufacture company based in the United States.
Prior to Cloudveil, Michael was involved in several private equity and start-up ventures as either founder or as a member of the initial executive team. Michael has also worked in the Silicon Valley of California and for Ford Motor Company in operational and business management roles.
A keen outdoor participant, Michael enjoys all mountain- and water-based activities.
Michael earned a Masters of Engineering with Distinction from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland (1990), and graduated with an M.B.A. and an M.A. from Cornell University where he was a Thomas Angear Scholar and an Albert Fried Fellow (1993).
Michael is currently based in Silicon Valley, California and is the head of North American operations for Latitude 56 Degrees.
