A man who has always been attracted to an adventure; Lawrence is a Product Design graduate of the University of Strathclyde. Competing nationally from a young age in Downhill Skiing, Lawrence has always relished a challenge. His passion and enthusiasm for the outdoors is fulfilled through a wide variety of sports some including Surfing, Climbing and Cycling.
The last few years have seen Lawrence involved in some demanding expeditions that have tested his limits from the deserts of Baja Mexico to the colder climes of the Arctic Circle. His latest goal has him training for a summer mountain leader award.
With the willingness to try his hand at anything new he is now applying this energy to LAT56°.
Career wise, Lawrence has lived and worked in Italy for a world renowned engineering specialists “Lm Gianetti” who design and manufacture precision parts for Ferrari and Lamborghini, he was also awarded the 2004/05 “Glasgow Educational and Marshall Trust” international scholarship to study at one of the most prestigious engineering schools in the USA, 'California Polytechnic'
Passionate about his field of study Lawrence has jumped at the opportunity of starting his own business. This unique venture has allowed him to combine his passion for outdoor sports with his entrepreneurial thirst for designing innovative products.
